WPL - THRILLER ! - MI vs RCB Women In Red Victorous by only 5.


The WPL has seen some thrilling cricket action between MI and RCB. In the most recent encounter, which was the Eliminator of the Women’s Premier League 2024, RCB emerged victorious by a narrow margin of 5 runs. The match took place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, where RCB, after winning the toss and opting to bat first, set a target of 135 runs for 6 wickets in their 20 overs. MI, in response, fell short by just 5 runs, managing 130 runs for 6 wickets in their allotted overs.



Ellyse Perry of RCB played a remarkable all-round game, scoring 66 runs off 50 balls and taking 1 wicket for 29 runs in her 4 overs, earning her the Player of the Match title.



In their previous face-off during the league stage, RCB had also secured a win against MI by 7 wickets. Ellyse Perry once again starred in the match with a performance of 40 runs and an impressive 6 wickets for 15 runs.
