The significance of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd's donation to AIADMK is that it is the biggest donor to the party, contributing a total of ₹5 crore through electoral bonds in just two days. This donation constitutes AIADMK's largest contribution through electoral bonds, with the party receiving a total of ₹6.05 crore through the 2018 scheme.
The other donors to AIADMK mentioned in the electoral bonds data include Coimbatore-based Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, which donated ₹1 crore through electoral bonds, and an individual named Gopal Srinivasan from Chennai who donated ₹5 lakh to the regional party of Tamil Nadu.
